We audited the homepage, residential, commercial, contact and blog pages across IA, conversion, content, trust, performance, accessibility and analytics. Fourteen findings below — each one reframed as a clear opportunity for the new build.
/contact-us/ — a five-field generic form with one "Select a Sector" dropdown. There is no calculator entry, no WhatsApp deep-link, no callback request, no chat, no instant-quote alternative.
